We hope you are all making the best of the summer and are enjoying yourselves over the break.

Summer Barbecue Recap
Last month we held the first event of our new board and we could not have been more excited! Our yearly summer barbecue took place on Friday, the 23rd of July, and with many of our members present it was a great get-together. Under the supervision of our Head of Events, Eliseo, we made sure to have the necessary COVID-19 measures in place, so that everyone felt safe.
We had lots of food on the grill, cold drinks, and music; and the summer sun was shining as well. It was truly the perfect occasion to see our members again, catch up and share our summer experiences so far. The night ended well after sundown. A huge thank you to our members for coming!
Looking Forward to Fall Semester 2021
After a smooth transition, the new board quickly picked up where our predecessors left off and started planning for the coming semester. This academic year will have a lot in store for MUN Team UZH, so keep an eye out for exciting announcements!
As of yet, we can't reveal too much but be assured that our beloved weekly sessions will be happening and that our Head of Operations, Ridika, is preparing the most interesting topics. We will update you on the modalities as soon as possible.
We are happy to announce that our Chief Head Delegate, Darya, is planning memorable conferences for us to attend in the fall and spring semesters. Look forward to those as well!
Moreover, our Head of Events, Eliseo, is working on fun events throughout the year. The first one being the Veterans Event in September, where we hope to see all of you again.
Keep an eye out for more details in our next newsletter at the beginning of the semester.
Last but not least we'd like to especially thank former board members Tim-Alexander, Mimi, Manuel, Jeanne, and Nora for their tireless work over the last year and for laying the groundwork for us to adapt and continue with MUN no matter the situation. We really appreciate your guidance in transitioning into our new roles on the board!
