Distinguished Delegates,

We hope you had a restful winter break and are ready for the spring semester! In this newsletter, we give you insights into what we have planned for our Team at the start of the new semester.

First Weekly Session of the Spring Semester

The beginning of the new semester also rings in the beginning of the new topic block. We are excited to announce that the next topic block will be about ‘’The Future Usage of Armed UAVs’’!

The first weekly session will commence on Wednesday, the 23rd of February 2022, at 19.00 o’clock as usual in the room KO2-F-174. I look forward to seeing many familiar faces as well as new ones!

Trivia Night Recap

How many times has the Mona Lisa been stolen?
Questions like this one had our members guessing and working together to figure out the right answers at our trivia night. In six rounds our Head of Events, Eliseo, our Vice President, August, and our former President, Tim, posed creative and sometimes challenging questions about pop culture, history, sport, geography, flags and much more. This year’s trivia even featured an amazing sound round that had our members very intrigued. The three teams partaking in the competition were keen to showcase their intellectual prowess, and it was unclear until the end who would be crowned the champion of the trivia night. After a last, extra hard bonus round we were excited to find out who won. Thanks to an amazing comeback in the second half, it was "The Revengers" who took home the victory. Congratulations to them!
We had loads of fun racking our brains together and were excited to see so many of our members at the trivia night!

Chairing Workshop Recap

On the 7th of February 2022 our esteemed member Tim Hetzer and I hosted the 2nd edition of the Chairing Workshop to give interested members the opportunity to bring chairing closer to them. Thanks to the small group of people present, we, the organisers, were allowed to deal with the topic of chairing especially thoroughly.

I would like to thank everybody for attending and Tim for hosting the workshop with me.
